Can I send my ad files to you electronically, or upload them to an FTP site?
No. We must receive a color proof of your ad materials anyway, so we require all files to be provided to us on a CD and shipped to us along with your proofs. This insures that we receive all materials in a safe and timely manner.

Can I reserve a specific location for my ad inside the prescription pad?
No, specific ad locations cannot be reserved. All manufacturers product ads will rotate within the pads at a frequency based on the percentage of advertising space purchased.

How do I get samples of the prescription pads with my ad in it?

Why can’t my ad materials say “Printed in the USA”?
All ad materials are printed in Canada.

Can my ad contain PMS colors or special inks?
Yes, but there is an additional charge for this, so please contact your sales representative or our Production Manager, Pam Johnson at 800-283-0140 or e-mail pam.johnson@medipromotions.com to make sure that additional colors are included in your contract.

What happens if I need to change my ad materials?
Immediately contact our Production Manager, Pam Johnson at 800-283-0140 or e-mail pam.johnson@medipromotions.com if there are any changes to your ad or prescribing information.
