• FOLDER OUTSIDE COVERS: 9-1/16” wide by 11-3/4” high PLUS 5/16” spine
• FOLDER FLAT SIZE: 18-7/16” wide by 11-3/4” high. Please include at least 1/8” bleed on all sides
• FOLDER POCKET: (Inside, left side) 3” high 7-1/16” wide at top, 9-1/16 wide at bottom
• PERSONALIZED LETTER: 8-1/2” wide x 11” high. Text to be provided in a Word document along with a hard copy

• PDF Hi-resolution (300dpi) with embedded fonts
• Include all fonts and logos with document
• A hard copy color proof must accompany all digital media, for example:
  • – Kodak Approval – Continuous Tone IRIS
  • – Matchprint – Epson
  • – Waterproof

COLOR RATES

• No charge for the first 4 color ad
• Additional ad units incur an additional plate charge
