GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

• AD SIZE: 3 7/16” wide by 5 1/4” high
• ABSOLUTELY NO BLEEDS ACCEPTED!
• Please do not include “Printed in USA” on file
• PRESCRIBING INFORMATION: Footnote on ad must read — “See accompanying Prescribing Information”
• ISI: Footnote on two-sided ads must read—
  “Please see ISI on next page”
  • — When the two-sided ad is on the inside cover, the backside (ISI) will be the first sheet in the pad

AD MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

• 4 COLOR digital files
• DESIGN PROGRAMS: Mac platforms only
  • – Quark XPress 8.0 or earlier
  • – Adobe Photoshop CS5 or earlier
  • – Illustrator CS5 or earlier
  • – InDesign CS5 or earlier
• PDF Hi-resolution (300dpi) with embedded fonts
• Include all fonts and logos with document
• A hard copy color proof must accompany all digital media, for example:
  • – Kodak Approval – Continuous Tone IRIS
  • – Matchprint – Epson
  • – Waterproof

Please note: We cannot accept color laser proofs

COLOR RATES

• No charge for the first 4 color ad
• Additional ad units incur an additional plate charge
• Fifth, sixth color rates will be quoted

AD PRINTING/CHANGES

• Ads are printed on lithographed, sheetfed offset, 60 lb coated stock
• Ads are printed in 3-month supplies unless specified in advance
  • – Ad changes within this period may result in additional charges
• Please review/discuss plans with your Medi-Scripts Account Manager or Material Coordinator, and notify them of ad changes as soon as possible.
